And another course this time a specific Ocean Rowing Course

Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenges (TWAC) also require that that all crews take a tailored made Ocean Rowing Course that is recognised by the Spanish Authorities - it covers everything you should be doing and perhaps more importantly what you shouldn't be doing. It's been developed by TWAC Head Safety Officer, Ian Couch - who knows his stuff having two Atlantic and one Indian Ocean crossing under his belt claiming no less than five Guinness World Records.

Rod and Laura were humbled by the course, but were also left with the confidence that they are capable of the challenge.
